Here are some of the recent projects we've been working on at SmartWorks Software.
G&A Harris - Production Tracking System
An end to end production tracking system for metals manufacturing in New Zealand
G&A Harris had long been using a paper based system to create and tack orders around their facility.
Significant supervisor time was being wasted on tracking down orders and ensuring that they were
completed on time.
We worked with G&A Harris to build a custom production tracking system that would allow them to track orders
from creation to completion, and provide real-time updates on the status of each order.
Garduino - IoT Garden Monitoring System
A custom IoT solution for monitoring and controlling a garden
This was a complex project
requiring the integration of a custom-built IoT sensor and a web-app, with the ability to publish to the
Apple and Google app stores.
Our team worked to design and build a proof of concept from the ground up, creating the hardware, firmware,
and software components required to monitor and control a garden from anywhere in the world.
